East or West Conference Rooms

Located just of the main concourse these two 525 square foot, 21’ x 25’ conference rooms are perfect for classes, meetings or seminars up to 21 and can hold 40 in a theater style environment. These rooms are casual and comfortable containing their own independent audio-visual systems complete with ceiling mounted LCD projectors and wireless presentation remotes, 69” x 92” retractable screens, and DVD/VCR units. With plenty of electrical outlets, dimming lights, carpeted floors and marker boards you’ll have everything you’ll need to host the perfect presentation or seminar.
 
 We provide a full inventory of tables, linens and chairs for the Conference Rooms as well as any other area of the civic center, along with, podium, slide and overhead projectors, and other equipment necessary, such as flip charts and easels for your event.
 
 A Conference room booking is available for half-day or full-day periods Monday – Thursday. Half-day bookings are either 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Additional time can be purchased at $50 per half-hour as early as 6:00 a.m. and as late as 5:00 p.m. A Conference room booking includes a personalized setup of tables & chairs and the following amenities:
