Citizen Advisory Concerning New Residential Alarm Permits

Residential alarm permits for the City of Richardson cost $30 annually.

Alarm permits can be located and completed on-line here.

Completed applications may be submitted:

• On-line with credit or debit card payment.
• In person at City Hall which is located at 411 West Arapaho Road, Richardson, Texas 75080 in Suite 101 (Customer Service).  Payment may be made by check or credit/debit card.
• By mail with a check made payable to the City of Richardson to the address below:

Alarm permits may also be obtained through certain alarm companies, who may charge an additional service charge or convenience fee for this service.

There is no requirement to obtain your alarm permit through your alarm company.
