Food Services Inspections
|
The Health Department inspects restaurants and food service facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, schools and commercial day care facilities. Operations are inspected on a frequency of 16 to 26 weeks. If the institution presents an imminent hazard to the public, all operations will be terminated. A facility may not operate until a re-inspection is made to determine compliance with sanitation codes.
