The Capital Projects/Engineering Department is responsible for:

Bond Programs

Providing project management for various Capital Improvement Projects

Stormwater & Floodplain Management

Construction & Right-of-Way Improvements

Other Engineering & Technical Services
The functions involved are project planning; budgeting; scheduling; preparation of construction plans and specifications; quality control and plan checking; construction management and inspection; contract compliance; and processing progress payment requests. Other functions include acquisition of needed rights-of-way and easements to construct the project.
