The Investigative Operations Division, under the direction of Captain Danny Martin, assists crime victims with re-establishing an emotional sense of safety and normalcy. Our personnel accomplish this by working in partnership with other divisions of the police department, city government and the Richardson community.

The abilities, knowledge and high caliber skills of all investigative personnel enable the division to process intelligence information, solve cases, arrest offenders, recover stolen property and develop evidence in an efficient, professional and caring manner.

We continually focus our efforts on providing exemplary customer service to all of our citizens, corporate partners and visitors to ensure our high quality of life standard is maintained for the entire community.
