Basic Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Type 35 WPM
- Multi-tasking skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English (verbally & written)
- Hearing within normal range
- Available to work any 8 hr. shift (weekends, days/nights, holidays)

Extensive Training Program:
- TCLEOSE Telecommunication Operator Certification
- TCIC/NCIC Basic Certification
- NAEMD Advanced Medical Priority Dispatch Certification
- Basic CPR Certification
