Basic Job Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Type 35 WPM
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (verbally & written)
  • Hearing within normal range
  • Available to work any 8 hr. shift (weekends, days/nights, holidays)
 
Extensive Training Program: 
  • TCLEOSE Telecommunication Operator Certification
  • TCIC/NCIC Basic Certification
  • NAEMD Advanced Medical Priority Dispatch Certification
  • Basic CPR Certification
