The Richardson Corporate Challenge is held from mid-August until mid-October and includes competitions in 24 events ranging from athletic sports such as softball, basketball and flag football, to non-athletic contests such as darts, billiards and miniature golf. More than 50 DFW-area companies are slated to participate in the Olympic-style corporate competition, which raises funds for Special Olympics Texas, the event’s beneficiary since its inception.

The Richardson Corporate Challenge is the only one of its kind in Texas, and is believed to be one of the three largest multi-day Corporate Challenge events in the U.S. Since the program’s inception in 1998, the event has raised more than $1.4 million for Special Olympics Texas and its programs across the region.
