About the Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) meets to consider requests for variances to the City's zoning and fence ordinances (i.e. building setbacks, height, and lot coverage; fence material, height, and location).
Meeting Documents
The Agenda and Agenda Packet (background documents) for the meeting are posted by 5:30 p.m. three business days before the ZBA meeting date.
