Join R.O.V.E.R. at this year’s Pawtoberfest! Get a library card, learn about library events, take part in hands-on activities, and enjoy a special session of "Tales for Tails" at 2:30 pm.

NOTE: Tales for Tails slots are first-come first-served. Check-in begins 15 minutes before the program at R.O.V.E.R. Open for ages 12 and under. Ages 13+ can visit with the dogs from 3:15-3:30pm.
