It’s National Library Week! Celebrate like they do on Reading Rainbow with a trip to read to cats at the Richardson Animal Shelter! Meet us in the lobby at 10 a.m., and we’ll visit the adoptable cats in groups to read books about cats, including “No Cats in the Library.” All ages welcome.
