The City’s Water Customer Service Department has launched a new website that allows Richardson residents to open, transfer or close an account online. Previously, these actions had to be completed in person at City Hall.

To use the new service, residential customers may go to http://cor.net/index.aspx?page=1631 and click on the “Apply Online” link. New accounts require a deposit of $50, which may be paid online with a credit or debit card.

Business water customers must still go to City Hall to set up an account.
