Kids in grades 3-8 can join the Richardson Public Library for a super solar discussion about the Parker Solar Probe (PSP) and its unique mission to study the Sun! Dinner Tonight Workshop

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is hosting “Dinner Tonight” Workshop 

The “Dinner Tonight” workshop aims to provide healthy recipes for Texas and increase self-efficacy in meal planning, healthy cooking techniques and food safety. The program consists of in-person and cooking school demonstrations enhanced by web-based continuing education resources. Simply Delicious-Dinner Tonight Cooking School focuses on cost effective 30-minute meals that are lower in sodium, saturated fat and added sugars. Membership to the Richardson Senior Center is not required.

John Bunker Sands Wetland Center

3rd Saturday Guided Boardwalk Tour 

Learn about the wetland’s plants and animals and the fascinating history of the property. You can also learn about the innovative design of the wetland, the relationship the wetland has with the water supply and the interaction between human engineering and nature.

Dance Fantasy: Best of Broadway 

This will be a fun filled night of amateur and professional dance performances. Marvel at the staff and students of Dance Vision Studios Texas Region as they bring to life dance moves to their favorite songs through Acts 1 and 2. Then delight in Act 3 as Dance Vision Professionals bring the audience their “Best of Broadway” Pro Show.

Summer Theatre Camps

Kids and teens can join the Repertory Company Theatre for camps that focus on acting, voice and dance. Students will work together to either put on a performance of “CATS Young Actor’s Edition” or “Beauty and the Beast Jr.” Registration for these camps is now open.
