CityLine Night Market + Live Music
The CityLine Night Market + Live Music event will take place on the second Friday of each month. In April, there will be a two-day market on Friday and Saturday. There will be more time to shop, explore and enjoy live music. Lawn chairs, picnic blankets and pups are welcomed and encouraged.

Microsoft Excel Beginner
This is an introduction to 2016 Microsoft Excel. Topics include how an Excel spreadsheet is set up, what symbols are associated with a cell, types of data that can go in a cell, how to write an equation, solving some sample equations, and simple graphing and creating functions. This class is for adults.

Student Art Contest
Music is everywhere! Create your own art masterpiece to show what that phrase means to you. Richardson students in kindergarten through 6th grades are invited to participate. Winners will receive a ribbon and two tickets to the Wildflower! Arts & Music Festival. Complete rules and official entry form are found on the Wildflower! website.

Richardson Replants Tree Giveaway
As part of the Richardson Replants program, the City is giving away free trees to residents. The types of trees available include Chinkapin Oak, Desert Willow and Peach. Trees are available on a first-come, first served basis to residents with a valid identification card or recent water utility bill.Time: 9 a.m. (Saturday)

Easter Eggstravaganza 2025
Bring a basket and have fun at the City of Richardson Eggstravaganza. This is not your typical egg hunt. Hop down the egg hunt trail and collect eggs from various booths hosted by local community organizations. Other activities include story time with the Richardson Public Library, bounce houses, arts and crafts, and photos with the Easter Bunny. This event is for kids ages 3-12.

The Great Richardson Baking Bonanza – RALC Murder Mystery Event (Tickets Available)
Join the Richardson Adult Literacy Center (RALC) for the annual Murder Mystery Event. The first act of the performance will end with tragedy. Then, audience members will work together to figure out who is the culprit. Special guest performers include Richardson City Council Member Dan Barrios, Amanda Pritchard with UT Dallas, Gavin Nichols with Farmer’s Insurance, Dave Swiney with Shady’s Burgers & Brewhaha, and Sally Grinsfelder, RALC supporter and winner of the 2024 guest actor auction.

Comet Ready Community Fest
Join the UT Dallas Office of Emergency Management along with local public safety partners for free food, exciting raffles and more. Attendees can see emergency response vehicles while learning how to be prepared and resilient. There will also be a chance to build your own preparedness kit.

“The Pa’akai We Bring”
This original production by the Honolulu Theater for Youth introduces young audiences to the Native Hawaiian relationship to pa’akai (salt). Traditionally, pa’akai is food, medicine, a sacrament and a treasured gift. The play follows multiples generations of salt farmers on Kauai, mixing ancient stories, hula, live music, original songs and plenty of audience participation into a tasty potluck of performance, joyously served up with aloha. We're proud to partner with Network of Community Ministries to support those in need. Please bring baking ingredients (salt, flour, sugar and spices) to donate and help make a difference in the community.Time: 2 p.m. (Sunday)

Day Camp Counselor Hiring Event
Richardson’s Park and Recreation Department is looking to fill 25 day camp counselor positions. During this “one-stop shop” event, applicants will be interviewed and if hired, will complete the next steps with Human Resources staff on-site.
