Alamo Drafthouse Movie Party: “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire”
Join Alamo Drafthouse for an interactive movie party and watch “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.” The movie stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson. Attendees will also receive props including Finnick’s sugar cubes, a quiver of matches, suncatcher barrier tiles and a mini bow and arrow.

Aikido
Aikido is designed to increase confidence, balance and body coordination. Using a short staff or walking stick, the class will focus on posture, footwork and body awareness, all while enhancing memory through individual exercise. Learn defensive awareness in a safe environment. This class is no contact, and there are no floor exercises.

The City of Richardson and BikeDFW present the second annual Bike Rodeo. Activities include a bicycle safety course, helmet fit check, bicycle repair and bike skills and games. Children are required to bring a parent, bike and helmet to participate in activities.

Little Naturalist – Youth Nature Walk & Craft
Join the Richrdson Urban Naturalist program on the exciting nature walk through Breckinridge Park designed specifically for children ages 5-11. Led by a Texas Master Naturalist, this walk is a great opportunity to learn about the natural environment in Richardson. After the walk, there will be time for a nature-based craft. World Migratory Bird Day 2025
Join the John Bunker Sands Wetland Center and the Blackland Prairie Center for a day of avian activities to celebrate World Migratory Bird Day. Attendees can interact with live birds, learn about migration from knowledgeable birders, have fun with bird-related crafts and activities and more.
