Due to last nights severe weather event, ONCOR is reporting nearly 200 Richardson customers are currently without power. The City will open a cooling and charging station at the Richardson Police Headquarters located in Downtown Richardson at 200 N Greenville Ave. starting at 8 a.m., Monday, June 9.
