Join Lizzie Bee’s Flower Shoppe to design a flower arrangement that’s all things bright and beautiful. This workshop is a celebration of bold blooms and soft romance featuring a palette of punchy pinks, vibrant corals, blush tones and peachy hues. Designed for beginners and seasoned floral enthusiasts, the class will include tools, greenery and flowers.

“From Texas to the World” chronicles the philanthropic and creative spirit of those who have left enduring impressions on both the University of Texas at Dallas and the Dallas Museum of Art. This exhibit focuses on artworks that came to the Dallas Museum of Art’s collection through the vision of Eugene and Margaret McDermott, Cecil and Ida Green, Erik Jonsson, Rick Brettel and Bonne Pitman.

Splash into the lap pool or float through the lazy river during these Dive-In Movie events at Heights Family Aquatics Center. On Friday, July 18 bring the family out to watch “Moana 2.” Then, on Friday, Aug. 15, those 18 years and older can watch “Mean Girls.” Lifeguards will be on duty. All rules of the pool must be followed.
