3rd Saturday Guided Boardwalk Tour
Learn about the John Bunker Sands Wetland Center’s special ecosystem’s flora, fauna and the fascinating history of the property. Attendees will also learn about the design of the wetland, the relationship the wetland has with water supply and the interaction between human engineering and nature.

Chamber Music International
Join Chamber Music International for its second concert of the 2025-26 season. Cease the Grease: Holiday Cooking Oil Drop-Off
The City’s annual “Cease the Grease” event kicks off today in an effort to keep sewer lines clog-free by recycling your used holiday cooking oil and grease instead of pouring it down the drain. Richardson participates in the regional “Holiday Grease Roundup,” and collected oil is recycled into biofuels.

Around the World Presentation: John Muir’s California
We will start out in San Francisco and tour five national parks including Alcatraz, the Redwood Forest, Sequoya and Yosemite. We will also watch the famous fire fall 3,000 feet below Glacier Point in Camp Curry. You will leave your heart in San Francisco for sure.

Gobble Hobble 20th Anniversary – Registration Open
Registration is now open for the 20th Annual Richardson Gobble Hobble. This event, featuring a Family Fun Run and 5K, benefits the Boys & Girls Club. There will be a Fun Zone which includes a free photo booth, balloon artist and street games.

Support local businesses in Richardson’s CORE District with a weeklong sticker game leading up to Small Business Saturday. From Monday, Nov. 24 through Sunday, Nov. 30, visit participating shops across The CORE District’s five neighborhoods (Chinatown, Downtown, Heights, Interurban and Lockwood) to collect stickers on your gameboard. Complete a “blackout” and submit by Nov. 30 to be entered to win a grand prize featuring items from all participating businesses.
