The City of Richardson’s IT Department will conduct server maintenance on Saturday, Dec. 13, that will temporarily prevent access to many external online applications. Work will begin at 6 a.m. and end at 7:30 p.m.
Impacted online services will include:

Water utility bill payments and account lookup

Brush and Bulky Item Collection (BABIC) requests

Online building inspection permits, inquiries or scheduling
Access to these online services will be unavailable during the scheduled maintenance. Anyone who is looking to make a BABIC request or schedule services will need to call the Response Center at 972-744-4111.
