Crews working on the Floyd Road Rehabilitation Project are making strong progress and, beginning today or tomorrow, are expected to shift traffic patterns between Scottsdale Drive and Belt Line Road. 

During this phase, the southbound lanes will carry one-way, southbound-only traffic between Belt Line Road and Scottsdale Drive while crews complete work on the northbound side of the roadway. 

Once this phase is complete, construction will move to the northbound lanes between Scottsdale Drive and US 75. 

Traffic Impacts

• The southbound lanes between Belt Line Road and Scottsdale Drive will carry one-way traffic only. There will be no northbound traffic in this section of Floyd Road.
• Those heading northbound on Floyd Road should utilize northbound Weatherred Drive or 
• Floyd Road between Scottsdale Drive and US 75 is expected to remain open to traffic; however, this is dependent on concrete strength testing results. If testing does not pass, openings on this section may be delayed.
