She Kills Monsters 

Join the Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology for this high-octane dramatic comedy by acclaimed playwrights Qui Nguyen. The play follows Agnes Evans as she leaves her childhood home in Ohio after the death of her teenage sister, Tilly. When Agnes discovers Tilly’s Dungeons & Dragons notebook, she is catapulted into an action-packed journey through the fantastical world that once served as her sister’s refuge.

Rotary Spirit Nights

ChessFest: Blindfold Chess 

Watch as UT Dallas chess team Grandmasters and International Masters, who will be blindfolded and unable to see the position of the pieces or touch them, take on any student. The blindfold exhibition demonstrates how top players can “see” the chess board in their minds as they play.

“The Best” Presented by Drum Tao 

Drum Tao explodes on stage with a captivating performance full of flash and fire. Renowned for powerful and athletic drumming, their newest show, “The Best,” blends traditional Wadaiko (Japanese Drums) with modern energy and theatrical flair.

RALC Murder Mystery Fundraiser

The Richardson Adult Literacy Center’s (RALC) annual Murder Mystery fundraiser transports attendees to an exclusive, high-end resort where the palm trees sway and the secrets simmer. While the setting is serene, the guest list is deadly. Throughout the evening, attendees will witness a scandalous plot unfold, gather clues from suspicious characters, and work with their table to unmask the killer before the final curtain falls.

Family Improv: Princesses & Superheroes 

What would it be like for a medieval princess to meet a modern man in a high-tech armored suit? Awesome, awkward or both? Tired of the standard list of princesses and superheroes? Join The Core Theatre for an evening to make new ones that have palaces that are not made of marbled stone but actual marbles. Enjoy this high energy, original, fun and family friendly show. The audience is invited to be part of the entertainment by sharing your creative suggestions throughout the evening.

Center Stage – Presented by the Richardson ISD Foundation 

This will be an unforgettable night of comedy and community. The evening opens with dynamic dance performances from student groups representing all four Richardson ISD high schools, setting the stage for a show that is bold, fun and full of local pride. The night then features stand-up legend Caroline Rhea as the headliner, celebrating 30 years in comedy and best known for her role as Hilda Spellman on “Sabrina the Teenage Witch,” as well as numerous comedy specials and television appearances. She is joined by Dewayne Hill, a high-energy comedian and magician who performs more than 100 shows a year.

The Ten Tenors 

The Ten Tenors are an Australian music ensemble that has toured extensively nationally and internationally and released 15 albums and four DVDs. The group has performed extensively in Australia, overseas and on television, and their signature brand of music featuring 10-part harmonies has been enjoyed by more than 90 million people.

“A Murder is Announced”

An announcement in the local paper states the time and place when a murder is to occur in Miss Blacklock’s Victorian house. The victim is not one of the house’s several occupants, but an unexpected and unknown visitor. What follows is a classic Agatha Christie puzzle of mixed motives, concealed identities, a second death and a determined inspector grimly following the case’s twists and turns. Fortunately, Miss Marple is on hand to provide the solution, at some risk to herself, in a dramatic final confrontation.

Daddy Daughter Dance – Disco Cowgirl: Tickets on Sale

Attend the annual Daddy Daughter Dance and enjoy a lovely evening filled with dancing, dinner, games, photo opportunities and creating core memories with your little sweetheart. Dinner is included with the price. A professional DJ will keep the dance floor busy all night. Photo booths are self-service and free. A prize will be given out to the daughter with the most on-theme outfit, but themed outfits are not required. The theme of the event is Disco Cowgirl.
