Certificate of Occupancy
No building or structure shall be used or occupied no change in the existing occupancy classification of a building or structure and no tenancy or ownership change of any existing building or lease space shall be made until a certificate of occupancy has been issued.

The filing fee for a certificate of occupancy is $100 unless occupancy is included upon the completion of a building permit.
