Permit Fee Schedule

Provide completed permit application - Commercial Building Permit Application

Two sets of the following construction documents are required for review:

• Site Plan
• Structural drawings
• Architectural drawings
• Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings
• 2021 ComCheck Energy Compliance Calculations

Projects with a value of $50,000 or greater require registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to verify compliance with Texas Accessibility Standards. Must provide proof of submission.

Drawings must be signed and sealed in accordance with the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners and the Texas Board of Professional Engineersrequirements.
