The Administration Division of the Richardson Fire Department is headed by the Assistant Chief-Support Services and oversees:

  • Fire Department Finance including Budgeting, Purchasing, Payroll and Accounts Payable.
  • Fire Department Facilities including Facilities Liaison, Maintenance Agreements and Usage Agreements.
  • Department Apparatus/Equipment/Supplies.
  • Information Management and Technical Support Liaison
  • Employee Benefits Oversight and Personnel Services
  • Contracts Administration
  • Standard Operating Procedures Review and Revision
