is a prescription benefit, managed by Express Scripts. Participants in the plan have two ways of getting up to a 90 day supply of long term maintenance medication. You can fill those prescriptions either through home delivery from Express Scripts Pharmacy or at a Walgreens Pharmacy that is part of a Smart90 network. Use the Smart90 Process Map to assist you in deciding between home delivery or filling our maintenance medication at a Walgreens Pharmacy. PRESCRIPTION CO-PAYS & DEDUCTIBLES

BCBS Prescription Categories:
- Generic: Generics are the most cost effective drugs to you and to CORPlan, and offer the lowest copay. Generic drugs are pharmaceutically and therapeutically equivalent to their brand-name counterparts.
- Preferred: Preferred drugs are available at the mid-tier copay. The Preferred brand-name drug consists of the vast majority of high-quality branded drugs.
- Non-Preferred: Non-Preferred medications have the highest copay. These drugs may not offer clinical or cost advantages over other medications in the same therapeutic category.
- Specialty: Specialty medications include injective medications and high cost medications above $500.
