Healthcare Reform Notice: As required by the Healthcare Reform Act, the City of Richardson will implement a 12 month ongoing "standard measurement period" to determine which persons are eligible for CORPlan coverage. Until further guidance is issued, the standard measurement period will begin December 1, 2019 and end November 30, 2020. This period will be used to measure which part time employees may be eligible for CORPlan coverage. For newly hired part time employees, a period of 12 consecutive months from the first of the month following the date of hire will be the “initial measurement period.” The City retains the right to amend this statement without notice at any time.
