The City of Richardson offers full-time employees the ability to enroll in Deferred Compensation.  This is an optional program available for retirement planning. Participating employees may set aside an amount from their paycheck to be invested for retirement. The program is funded by employee contribution only; the city does not contribute.  For additional information, please review the Deferred Compensation Policy or contact Lynn Lambert (972.744.4009).
