Applications for 2025 performance time slots are now closed.
Applications for 2026 will be available in August 2026 and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please review the following performance notes prior to applying:
- Performers must submit an online application to be considered for event participation.

All performance time slots are available on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed year to year. The City may reject or modify an application at their discretion.
- The City of Richardson provides an outdoor stage (20’ x 24’), basic sound system, 4 wired mics, and risers (if requested). Wireless mics, choral mics or tap mics will not be provided.
- No more than forty (40) people may perform during any given time slot.
- Performers are responsible for providing their own accompany music on a laptop, iPhone or iPad.
- Side stage or indoor dressing rooms are not available for performers.
- All performance time slots are 20 minutes long and performers are required to fill the entire time frame.

Santa’s Village performance stage and production cannot accommodate full bands or performers with an extensive stage plot. The event is ideal for performers such as choirs, singers, theater groups, acoustic performers, dance groups, etc.
- Santa’s Village is a rain-or-shine outdoor event unless explicitly canceled by the City of Richardson. If it is determined that the performance area is unsafe and participants are at risk of injury due to weather, Santa’s Village staff will notify all participants through email or phone of the cancellation. If a performance is canceled, a rescheduled performance date/time is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
