Giveaway or Handout — Trinket or giveaway must be approved by Sponsorship Director to keep from having same items being sold by other vendors.

PLEASE NOTE: Without the prior written permission from the Sponsorship Director (a) No food or beverage items may be sampled, sold or distributed. (b) No exhibitor activity may take place outside the booth area (roaming) and (c) No third party vendor, partner, or other entity other than contracted exhibitor shall be allowed in the booth or entitled to any of the rights or privileges granted exhibitor hereunder.

Once application is approved, a contract and invoice will be generated and sent to exhibitor. Logo and hyperlink will be put on festival website when contract and payment have been received.
