It’s Party Time! Looking for a fun birthday idea?

Let Richardson Gymnastics help make your child’s birthday dreams come true!

We provide invitations, party tables, white table covers, instructor setup, cleanup, and supervision. Parties are available for children ages 3 and older. Parents can relax and enjoy watching their children have a great time. Guests will enjoy 1 hour of gym activities followed by 30 minutes in the party room, where staff will assist with serving food or dessert items provided by the family.

Party Schedule and Cost

Full payment for expected attendance is due at the time of reservation.

An additional fee of $10 per child will be charged if the number of guests exceeds your reserved limit. Maximum attendance is 30 children. A non-resident fee of $4 is added to the party cost.

There is a $50 non-refundable fee and a required 14-day notice for cancellations and date changes. The $50 cancellation fee will be subtracted from the total amount paid for the birthday party. A $50 date change fee will be charged for requested changes made fewer than 14 days before the party date. Date changes are based on availability.

Parties should be booked at least four weeks in advance. Parents are responsible for supplying all paper products, food, dessert items, and any desired decorations. These items may be dropped off at the gym during the week of the party. Children ages 3 and older should be able to enter the gym area independently. A required safety waiver will be collected at the door. One parent of the birthday child may enter the gym area to take pictures during gym time. All other adults must remain in the lobby or party room.
