Pavilion Reservation Locations
Any locations not listed here, or any pavilions that are not reserved, are first-come first-served. Residents may reserve up to 90 days in advance (Verification will be required by providing a driver's license or current utility bill.) Non-residents may reserve up to 30 days in advance.

Pavilion Reservation Guidelines
- Payment required in full at time of reservation.
- All reservations must be made at least 9 days in advance.
- Minimum group size is 10-25 people based on capacity. Maximum capacity cannot be exceeded.
- No alcohol or amplification of sound is allowed in the park.
- Weddings and bounce houses are allowed but require a Special Use permit. Application is located at bottom of this page.
- Refund Policy: Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
$25 fee will be applied to all approved Special Use Permits. (No fee to apply.)
Special Use Requests are required for events taking place in our parks that include special items such as a bounce house, extra tents, amplified sound, catering or food trucks, etc. To apply, please fill out the Special Use Request Form and send it to AskRichardsonParks@cor.gov.
