2025 Tax Forms

• The Library currently has these forms:
  • 1040
  • Instruction books for the 1040/1040-SR
  • Schedule 1-A for the 1040 (brand new for 2025 returns)
  • 1040 in Spanish
  • Schedule A in Spanish
  • Instruction books for the 1040/1040-SR in Spanish

These documents are available in the wooden bookcase on display right as you enter the Library.

Tax forms are also available:

• from the IRS website.
• by calling the IRS at 1-800-829-1040
• for printing by the Library staff for $0.15 per page

Visit AARP for free tax help locations and details: 

• Help by appointment is available at Huffhines Recreation Center on Mondays from 9 am-4 pm through April 15. You will need to complete and bring an Intake Questionnaire (forms are available at the Library Questions Desk).
