In the City of Richardson, all business are considered Commercial properties and will receive Commercial Solid Waste services via a front load container, open top container, or compactor.

Containers must be set according the the current site plan.

New Commercial customers setting up services, or existing customers who want to add or delete service frequency or add or change container sizes must fill out the Commercial Solid Waste Services Form.

Once the form is filled out, please fax the form to 972.744.5814 or email the form to AskRichardsonPublicServices@cor.gov.
