Some types of crimes (for example, those involving juvenile suspects or victims) have been omitted. Also, the crimes listed here are reported crimes. The Community Emergency Notification System allows the City to rapidly notify residents and businesses of emergency situations and provide vital life safety instructions in a timely manner.

Going on vacation or an out of town business trip? The Richardson Police Department encourages residents to utilize our Home Security Watch program to help prevent criminal opportunity while you are away.
